Jewelry Making Casting Level I

In this course, students will learn the basics of jewelry making using the lost wax casting method. Topics include principles of basic design, basic tool use, wax carving, investing, casting and finishing.

Students will create one plain half round band and one detailed ring.

Cost: $285 plus HST (Materials included - 10 grams of Sterling Silver)

*Class Duration: 6 Sessions of 3 hours
*Projects: One plain half round ring, One carved ring.
*Number of Students per Class: 6

*Days: Mondays, September 24-October 22, 2012
Mornings: 10 am to 1 pm
Evenings: 6:30 to 9:30 pm
